JMR7's database is corrupt or the disk it resides on is.  

It is located in C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Roaming\Jaksta Media Recorder 7\Library\db

It is created at first startup, so either delete it or uninstall it (select option to remove lib) and reinstall.
