Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

I'm trying to record my daughter's hudl video using the digital video recording method.  I can hear the audio but no video.  I just bought this software so if we can't get this working I won't have any use for it.  Please tell me what to try/do.
