Hello,


After updating to Jaksta Media Recorder 2025, the software installed without any problems. However, whenever I start the program, the main screen opens, but I cannot do anything, including entering a license key. When I try to do anything, an annoying Windows sound plays. Restarting the computer or reinstalling the program doesn't help.


I hope someone can help me. If the problem persists, I will ask for a refund because I won't be able to use the program.

P.S. I updated from Jaksta Media Recorder 2022, which was working just fine. I am still using Windows 10.

Hello, 

I have the exact same issue, the app opens but I can't click anything and it only plays the Windows click sound. I have to force close it. You posted this as resolved, however I do not see anything about how you resolved this. Can you please offer assistance? Thanks!
