"Network Monitor is installed but not loading" message

The Jaksta Network Monitor has not been installed correctly.


We have seen this happen when:


New network drivers are installed.

Universal uninstallers are used to uninstall our products.

Operating Systems are upgrade (Windows 7 to 8 to 10 for example).


We recommend you uninstall the Jaksta Network Monitor, reboot and reinstall it from within the Jaksta Media Recorder user interface.
